Vermont has stunning events throughout the year, but here are some of our favorites!

 Quechee Balloon Festival & Craft Fair – Fathers Day Weekend attracts crafters, musicians, photographers and dozens of hot air balloonists. Rides Available.

U.S. Open Snowboarding Championships (Stratton Mt) Over 500 world champions, Olympic and amateurs compete for the prize money. Superpipe, dual giant slalom, boardercross, and big air March 14 - 20, 2005

 Annual Vermont Maple Festival - St. Albans, VT - April 22-24, 2005 -  Events, mapleVermont Maple Producers, Vermont maple festival Saint Albans Vermont product exhibits, pancake breakfasts, craft exhibits, antique markets, maple candy-making concessions, rides, parade.

Vermont Days- Statewide free admission to all 46 Vermont State Park's recreation areas and state owned historic sites. Department of Fish and Wildlife offers free fishing and five clinics on Saturday.  

Killington Renaissance Festival - Killington, VT.July 22th - 25th, 2005
& July 29th -
Aug. 1, 2005. Two weekends of great food live performances, music and dancing. Festivities include archery, fencing, raptors, rides and pageantry, period costumes and vendors.  www.vtliving.com

 Lake Champlain Bluegrass FestivalAugust 12, 13, 14 Top Bluegrass bands in North America, Craft fair, antique tractor show, Fiddle & Banjo contest, nightly bonfires, barbeque, free camping Voted top 10 summer event by VT Chamber of Commerce.

 Stowe Winter Carnival – (Late January)  Ten days of fun events to honor the 100th anniversary of the Stowe Volunteer Firefighters Association. Ice sculpting competition, sporting events, kid activities.
